I,Mrs Aarti Khadilkar ( Dietician and Yoga Therapist)
was honored to be invited as a guest lecturer at the prestigious Wilson College, Mumbai, renowned for its legacy of shaping some of the brightest minds in the country, including celebrities and industrialists. It was a privilege to address the students on the topics of Yoga and Diet, focusing on how yoga plays a pivotal role in digital detox and improving mental health.
In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, digital overload has become a major concern, often leading to stress, anxiety, and burnout. My lecture emphasized the holistic benefits of yoga—not just as a physical exercise, but as a mind-body practice that helps reduce screen time, enhances focus, and promotes a balanced mental state. Coupled with mindful eating and a well-balanced diet, yoga can serve as an effective tool for mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to contribute to the intellectual and personal development of students from such a revered institution.
